When people hear me say “Next Generation of Coaching,” I get all kinds of weird looks.

Here is HOW I define it:

Coaching processes that involve the mind and body to help the person find their own internal truth, answers, and alignment in transforming their life.

SO MUCH of coaching is external information on what that coach or person thinks they should do, (which doesn’t work 97% of the time.)

WHY?

Because information comes from within. It’s when WE decide to make a choice then to carry it out. When we give external information or data, it doesn’t align with how our mind and body works, (UNLESS that person is already in alignment.)
Which is why I say it works about 3% of the time.

If we truly understand the power of this concept then we will stop chasing information as a coach. Information is not the reason a person changes. Being a Next Generation coach is having processes in place to help that person find the right answers.

As a leader, coach, or influencer continue to seek out ways in which to help that person find their truth.

When you do that…

YOU WILL CREATE MORE TRANSFORMATION IN PEOPLE THEN PEOPLE COULD EVER IMAGINE.
